I know that turning intentions into action can be tough, especially with so much conflicting information out there. It’s easy to feel lost amidst endless fads and trends, not to mention the many responsibilities we juggle on a daily basis.

That’s why I want to work with you to create straightforward, plan of action that fit easily into your daily life. Together, we will assess your current habits and identify obstacles that may be draining your time and energy, making space for healthier choices.

As a recap, I designed this program to:

  1. Revisit your fitness/wellness goals

  2. Discover what obstacles are preventing you from sustaining 

  3. Implement a simple to follow plan of action to incorporate into your daily routine.

What’s included:

  • Coaching session with me (60 minute)

  • Resources: Food Shop Guide, Food Prep & store, 3 Fitness Videos highlighting 3 main components of fitness: Cardio, Strength training, Flexibility/stretch, and resources relating to particular wellness goals

  • 7 Day accountability including a daily challenge & check-ins

  • Follow-up session to check-in on progress (30 minutes)
