As we welcome the cooler months of fall, I wanted to remind you that the importance of keeping well hydrated can offer numerous benefits. Not only does it help keep you warmer as the temperatures drop, but it also aids in proper digestion, reduces muscle soreness and cramping, and promotes glowing skin.

Despite these benefits, staying adequately hydrated can be a challenge, especially when our days are packed with tasks and responsibilities. To help you stay on track this autumn, I’ve compiled a few simple yet effective ideas:

1. Keep a glass of water next to your bed. Take a few sips first thing in the morning. Our bodies can become dehydrated overnight, so starting your day refreshed with water is an excellent habit to get into.

2. Always keep a water bottle nearby. whether you’re at your workspace, in your vehicle, or out running errands. Having your water within reach makes it much easier to stay hydrated.

3. Sip water in between snacks and meals. This is an effortless way to increase your intake without any extra effort or fuss!

Mastering a morning routine creates structure, discipline and is an essential component for lifelong success.

I start my day by sipping some fresh water, spend a good 10-15 minutes of stretching and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while reading, journaling, listening to a motivational podcast or just being in the moment.

⁣The secret to my morning routine is that it actually begins the night before. This is where I clear my mind through a brain dump of tasks and identify the top 5-6 things to do in the day that align with reaching closer to my goals. ⁣

⁣This programs into my mind prior to bed and when I wake up, I'm motivated to accomplish those tasks. There's satisfaction in checking off the to-do list, bringing pride and confidence!⁣

⁣Life is unpredictable; adapt and find solutions. Take moments each morning to ground yourself and visualize your goals. Avoid emails or social media first thing to reduce stress. Instead, create a structured routine that encourages self-discipline and daily victories!⁣
